Return Policy

Mulch and Soils:

  • Bulk Mulch and Soils are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Bagged Mulch and Soils:
    • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Your receipt is required for a return; otherwise you will receive a store credit.

Plants:

  • Annuals, Perennials, Vegetables, Herbs:
    • Our policy for a return or exchange on annuals, perennials, vegetable and herbs is same day only. We cannot guarantee the health of a plant that has been off our lot for longer than 24 hours.
    • Your receipt is required for a return; otherwise you will receive a store credit.
  • Nursery Stock:
    • We offer a 6 month guarantee on nursery stock [trees and shrubs] from date of purchase.
    • If your nursery stock dies we will issue a credit in the amount of 50% purchase price. Note that we will require proof before processing a credit, and usually require you bring the plant in as such proof.
    • Your receipt is required to process this transaction.

Décor:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Specialty seasonal items
  • Perishable items like pumpkins or apples

General:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns/Refunds will be processed in store only; we cannot process online.
  • If your request for a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
