Return Policy
Mulch and Soils:
- Bulk Mulch and Soils are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Bagged Mulch and Soils:
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Your receipt is required for a return; otherwise you will receive a store credit.
Plants:
- Annuals, Perennials, Vegetables, Herbs, Tropicals & Houseplants:
- Our policy for a return or exchange on annuals, perennials, vegetable, herbs, tropicals and houseplants is same day only. We cannot guarantee the health of a plant that has been off our lot for longer than 24 hours.
- Your receipt is required for a return; otherwise you will receive a store credit.
- Nursery Stock:
- We offer a 6-month guarantee on nursery stock [trees and shrubs] from date of purchase in certain circumstances.
- If your nursery stock dies we will issue a credit in the amount of 50% purchase price. Note that we will require proof before processing a credit, and usually require you bring the plant in as such proof.
- Your receipt is required to process this transaction.
Décor:

- Sale items
- Specialty seasonal items
- Perishable items like pumpkins or apples
General:
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns/Refunds will be processed in store only; we cannot process online.
- If your request for a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
