Delivery Policy

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location
Bulk mulch and soils, firewood, sod, and plants offered for delivery on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Pasadena, MD and surrounding towns within a -1-14 mile radius [local] or 15-30 mile radius [non-local].

3. Delivery Time
Delivery is available every day.

For bulk mulch and soils, firewood, sod, and plants offered for delivery on our website, please provide a desired delivery time-frame on the check-out page of our website under the notes section.

Based on your feedback, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [5] business days of the date of your order.

4. Delivery Instructions
Please provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website under the notes section.

For example, for bulk mulch and soils, please note something like ‘we will put a recycle bin where we want the mulch dumped’ or ‘there will be a blue tarp down where we want the mulch dumped’.

For plants, please note something like ‘please leave on front porch’.

5. Shipping Costs
For bulk mulch and soils, firewood, sod, and plants offered for delivery on our website, the delivery fee is generally $40 per truckload [local] or $50 [non-local]. Multiple delivery fees apply for more than one truckload of material at an additional $30 per truckload [local] or $40.00 per truckload [non-local].

For other items, shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Due to weight restrictions, we are able to deliver ½ yard minimum to 12 yard maximum of mulch per truckload. We deliver ½ yard minimum to 5 yard maximum of sand, soil and stone per truckload.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. In some circumstances shipping charges will be an estimate, and subject to change.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

6. Damaged Items in Transport / Issues with Delivered Items
